What is the role?
The main purpose of the role is to help provide an effective financial support function to the Executive Board and their decision making and evaluation process, whilst ensuring all Group internal and external reporting responsibilities are achieved.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Preparation of review of weekly and monthly KPIs used by senior management and the executive board
  • Preparation of management accounts, forecast and budgets schedules.
  • Oversee data collection, co-ordinating with our regional house building businesses.
  • Preparation of information requested by the executive board as and when necessary.
What experience do I need?
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • A strong desire to pursue a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Demonstrate that you can take a professional approach and have strong communication skills as liaising with Senior Management and Directors across the breadth of the Group's regional businesses will be an important part of the role.

  • Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Work confidently on your own when required and understand the needs of the wider team and your role within it as you will be working towards tight deadlines on a regular basis.
