Job Duties:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating food and beverage service, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous attention.
  • Training and mentoring staff members to uphold our standards of excellence in service, presentation, and hospitality.
  • Assisting with daily operations, including managing reservations, seating guests, and handling guest inquiries and feedback.
  • Overseeing the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and coordination between front and back of house.
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and optimizing profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
