No Hospital service unless you are interested! Must have M.D./D.O. or foreign degree equivalent, be BE/BC in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and in the process of or have already completed a Pain Management Fellowship. Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Medical License.
