Description:
This would be a lead for the molecular processes team
Experience with whole genome sequencing
Experience with next generation sequencing
Ensure the continuity of the molecular processes and reagent preparation
Working with other team leads to determine sample volume and capacity needs
Look for opportunities for improvement, propose experimental plans, execute the plans after they are approved
Collaborate with scientist and lab experiments
Know how to bring in a new piece of equipment and do validation
Analyze data
Documentational skills
Follow SOPs
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in molecular biology, microbiology, or related scientific field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a research associate
Need experience with NGS and WGS
