Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $27.00 - $30.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd (Training on 1st Shift for 3 Months)
Hours: 8:10pm – 6:30am (Training – 8:00am – 4:30pm)

Maintenance Technician responsibilities include:
- Efficiently perform production assets preventive maintenance duties
- Perform necessary repairs of production assets
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
- Read and understand manuals, technical drawings and schematics
- Assist with proper documentation of parts inventory
- Move equipment and supplies where needed
- Perform facility maintenance as needed
- Understand how to set up and run production assets
- Operate maintenance computer system for time entry and work order generation
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
- At least 5 years related experience in a maintenance and repair role
- Experience using lathes, grinders, gear hobs and other machine shop equipment
- Experience using forklifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers and pallet jacks to move equipment and supplies
- Experience working in or knowledge of paper/flexography industry highly desired
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, teamworking and collaborative abilities
