Our client is seeking a Receiving Administrator to join their team! This is a long term temporary assignment. As a Receiving Administrator you will be responsible for electronically maintaining documentation and processes as well as assisting the Purchasing and Accounting departments with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy teamwork, be self-motivated, detailed, dependable, and have excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:Â Apple Grove, WV
Pay Rate: $21.71/per hour
Schedule:Â Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
What’s the Job?
- Track and receive PO's related to construction projects
- Monitor and resolve invoice issues
- Audit billing by contractorsÂ
- Develop and maintain paper and electronic filing systemsÂ
- Other duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
- Computer based inventory control experience
- Oracle and VPO experience
- Construction admin experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Background and Drug Screen required
