Job Description:
- Specialize in food and beverage product development with an emphasis on flavor application
- Formulate and adjust product recipes to optimize flavor profiles and consumer appeal.
- Produce and test product samples in a laboratory setting, focusing on flavor accuracy and stability.
- Calculate nutrition facts for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and organize testing panels to gather feedback on flavor performance.
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors to source materials and obtain necessary documentation
- Operate and maintain sensitive laboratory equipment with precision and care.
- Collaborate with a small team of scientists and product developers to innovate and improve product offerings.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant position, with a preference for backgrounds in flavor application.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in both experimental design and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
