Ā As aĀ Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients in commercial, higher education, non-profit and public sector markets. Services may include land & entitlements, budget development, design management and construction administration. What your day-to-day will look like:Ā
Ā
Delivering exceptional project management servicesĀ
Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionĀ
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successĀ
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsĀ
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excelĀ
Building andĀ maintainingĀ relationships with clients, understanding their goals andĀ objectivesĀ
Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belongingĀ
Ā
Required qualifications:Ā
Bachelor's degree inĀ a related fieldĀ (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)Ā
PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationĀ
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryĀ
ProvenĀ track recordĀ of successfully managing complex projects fromĀ inceptionĀ to completionĀ
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsĀ
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyĀ
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentĀ
Preferred qualifications:Ā
Master's degree in a related fieldĀ
Experience leading ground-up projects from land & entitlements to design and construction
Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovationĀ
Knowledge of construction processes and building codesĀ
ProficiencyĀ in project management software and toolsĀ
