Job Overview
This opportunity will be a hybrid role; 2 days in office and 3 days remoteÂ
You will manage a portfolio of accounts and contact customers to obtain payment balances. You will contribute to our risk management process by completing credit reviews and analyzing various risk indicators.
As a Credit Representative (Analyst) the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts – 500 to 750+/- within Portal AR.
- Prepares summaries, presents facts, and occasionally offers opinions concerning creditworthiness.
- Provides credit information and references for customers, loan officers, and other agencies as requested.Â
- Will use a portal to invoice clients as well pulling information to compare.
- Creates/sends customer’s statements and invoices copies.
- Collaborates with several internal teams - Cash Applications, Billing, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.
- Complete credit reviews and utilize 3rd party data to assess risk. Â
- 7+ years of B2B collections/ credit experience.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or GetPaid preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and different technology platforms.
- Ability to communication clearly and regularly with customers along with internal teams.
