Position Overview

This position will install all types of mil lwo rk i n various applications. The Mil lwo rk I nst all and Service I will take direction from the field supervisor and will follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirem en ts on all installed products.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Ess en tial Job Duties

  • Follow instructions from the field supervisor regarding installation of mil lwo rk materials.
  • Work with other installers to install mil lwo rk products as assigned and trained.
  • Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirem en ts wh en installing products.
  • Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
  • Mai n t ain all equipm en t in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor.
  • Operate all equipm en t in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Att en d all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location managem en t.
  • Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise .
  • Retain an awar en ess of the work en vironm en t critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results.
  • Comply with Company's att en dance policy by mai n t aining regular and predictable att en dance.
  • Other duties as assigned by field supervisor or location Managem en t.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum education required -High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum experi en ce required -1 year in installing mil lwo rk products.
  • Special skills required -Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, verbal and writt en skills, and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
  • Physical demands include walking throughout yards, plants, and offices. Regularly lifting 50 pounds and frequ en tly lifting up to 100 pounds. Working from tall heights on ladders or in tight spaces.
  • Available for overtime as needed.
