- Compensation:
- Salary range: $100K-$110K (may be negotiable depending on experience)
- Bonus eligible: 10% (discretionary based on performance)
- Location: Suburb of Chicago / approx. 1 hour northwest of the city
- Work Schedule: 100% in-office
- Needs to have:
- BA Accounting
- 3+ years’ accounting experience / 2+ years in management
- Strong GAAP
- Financial analysis / problem solving
- Team leadership & mentoring
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Process improvement
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Preferred:
- CPA
