Senior Controls Engineer - Baton Rouge

We are currently seeking a Control Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks in the field of control engineering, primarily focusing on midstream energy services. Our operations include a wide range of services involving natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals, and related storage and transportation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge and proven proficiency in maintaining control systems such as Honeywell DCS, Triconix SIS, Allen-Bradley PLC, Modicon PLC, and Wonderware HMI platforms, including process functionality, programming methods, and configurations.
• Responsible for control system design, review, and troubleshooting (including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, control panels, and network loop tuning).
• Development and testing of code for DCS, SIS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Execution of hardware and software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Commissioning of panels, instrumentation, and SCADA systems.
• Integration of various vendor systems and troubleshooting issues in live processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency with Honeywell TDC 3000 & C300, Honeywell Experion R.4.x, R.5.x, Triconex Trident v.4.x, v.5.x, Allen-Bradley PLC, Modicon PLC, and Wonderware HMI.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in project execution.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
