About the Role:

- Develop and maintain technical understanding and working knowledge of major unit processes.
- Conduct plant production improvement projects including process engineering studies, design and implementation of plans.
- Monitor and improve multiple unit performance efficiency and yield.
- Identify and evaluate areas for operational improvement and strategies.
- Identify and implement process changes and modifications to enhance operating reliability and efficiency.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, SAP experience a plus
