Interim Director of Compensation

Jefferson Wells is partnering with our client to find an Interim Director of Compensation.
 

• Contract Position: Could convert to a permanent position for the right candidate
• Level: Senior Manager/Director
• Location:  Northwest Suburb of Chicago
• Duration:  Estimate 5-6 months
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 remote
• Compensation: Target Pay $80/hour

Areas of Expertise:
Strategic compensation experience specifically in the areas of salary structure and career structure development
Project management
Compensation plan development
Stock Administration – Global Stock Plan
