Blueprint Income Service Specialist, Full-time Remote

The Opportunity

The Client Services Annuity Specialist in Blueprint Income is exciting and growing Service and Operations department. Primary responsibility will be phone coverage for service department. Other responsibilities will include email and chat support, processing and case management responsibilities.

The Team

Blueprint Income is a leading fin-tech in the annuities market, acquired by MassMutual in early 2021. Blueprint Income uses technology to build the next generation of retirement income products that enable Americans to retire with more security for less money. Our online platform enables the purchase of simple annuities from 30+ insurers directly by consumers.

The Impact:

We are looking for new members on our Service team to help us capitalize on this next phase of growth. You will talk to our customers throughout the day and guide them through the sales and new business process as they apply for Annuity products.

You will also assist them with any support they need after their policies have been issued. Behind the scenes you will interact with the Operations and Service team to keep their business flowing smoothly. This includes things like collaborating with our processing and sales team, updating systems and proactively handling all our customer’s needs.

This role requires attention to detail, curiosity to problem solve and improve processes. We like to say that we are improving the plane as we are flying it. A continuous improvement attitude and mindset is required.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degree

  • 1+ Annuity Industry experience

  • 1 year Financial Services or Insurance experience

  • 1 year Customer Service experience

The Ideal Qualifications

  • 4 year College degree

  • 2+ years financial services or insurance experience

  • 2+ years customer service experience

  • Advanced computing and typing skills

  • Insurance producer license or equivalent designations

  • Startup experience

  • Agile project management experience
