- You will be speaking with clients looking to add to their staff
BusinessDevelopment Representative Responsibilities:
- Help contact prospects to solicit business
- Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them ontaking their career to the next level
- Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilizationof candidate leads
- Work alongside teams within the business to address client andbusiness needs
BusinessDevelopment Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to commute to our Boston office
