Associate Talent Development Specialist Responsibilities:

• Help job seekers navigate the labyrinth of modern-day job hunting
  
• Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level
  
• Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads
  
• Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs

Associate Talent Development Specialist Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related experience
  
• Bachelor’s Degree
  
• A people-person with excellent communication skills
  
• Under 30-minute commute to work from our Boston office (right near South Station)
