Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensednurses.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) includingbathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed.
• Serve meals and provide assistance with feeding as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patientcare.

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state ofMassachusetts.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience assisting with activitiesof daily living (ADLs).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working efficiently within a fast-pacedenvironment and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Embrace a compassionate and patient-centered approach to deliveringcare.
• Display a foundational understanding of medical terminology andprocedures.
• Capable of collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
