Recruiter Responsibilities:

·        Source and interview candidates

·        Select candidates forclient job openings

·        Leverage all aspects ofsourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining,internet sourcing, and employee referrals

·        Coach and advise candidatesand clients on the interview process

·        Use recruitmentreporting and analytics to influence decisions

·        Interact with all levelsof management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting

Requirements to be a recruiterat ProPivotal:

·        3 years of relevant experiencein a corporate environment where you played a meaningful role in your company’shiring process

·        Strong relationshipmanagement skills with an ability to build trust and credibility withcandidates and hiring managers

·        Ability to work as anindividual contributor as well as part of a larger team
