Lifepoint Health is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Quality Management to provide interim leadership coverage for various locations across our 60+ hospital network. We are a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care across the country. The Interim Director of Quality Management is responsible for the operational oversight and direction of assigned LifePoint hospitals and associated quality and clinical operations. The Interim Quality Director works in collaboration with the HSC Regulatory and Accreditation Services, and facility leadership, to focus on implementing strategy and initiatives for hospital Quality Program. They will develop new programs to respond to the changes in regulation and best practices, as well as meet the demands of Healthcare Reform, Value Based Purchasing, and other payment programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Nursing, or a relevant clinical discipline required, Master's degree preferred.
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or similar certification in quality preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a quality director role or similar healthcare setting with specific leadership experience.
  • Appropriate licensure based on discipline.

 

As an Interim Director, you must be available for travel up to 100%. Your travel, lodging, and business expenses are covered by LifePoint Health.
