VP, Integration & Software Architecture Specialist (ION Fixed Income Trading)

Role & Responsibilities: FO TECH - Integrations & Software Architecture Specialist:

• Desks we support include all Fixed income desks (Treasuries, Agencies, IG and HY Credit, Convertible Bonds, LATAM Emerging Markets, MBS) as well as Repo and Loans
• Primary Fixed Income system is Ion, Bloomberg, and Broadridge Impact
• Loan platforms include Centricity, Promerit, and LMS
• Finance platforms include Finpro and Smartloan
• Market connectivity integration includes all major Fixed Income Dealer and Dealer to Client platforms.
• Candidate will need to have extensive ION experience (5+ years) and will need to demonstrate application knowledge
• Candidate will (with team) own front end on prem ION infrastructure, installations and upgrades
• Candidate will configure and maintain pricing and trading feeds
• Candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge of fix and other market connectivity protocols
• Candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot network and logical connections
• Candidate will need to demo and teach desk traders and internal support teams
• Role includes working directly with trading desk, sales, markets and providers.
• Candidate will write spec documents for developers to code against and perform SIT of that code before deploy.
• Candidate will need to follow change control process.

For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$175,000.  The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
