Our client, Tekni-Plex in Chandler, Arizona is the leader of rigid packaging solutions. They are currently looking for individuals to join their team as a Die Cutter Operator. This role is responsible for working with the production team to ensure high quality products are being manufactured and packaged for customer delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Set up die cutting equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for proper feeding and cutting.
- Operate the die cutter to cut, shape, or emboss materials such as paper, cardboard, or plastic.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in a production environment for 12- hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous experience operating die cutting equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
