Manufacturing Engineer - Intern

Our client, an industry expert in buildings and power systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join their team for a summer internship. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in school looking to add an incredible company and opportunity to their resume. This is a paid opportunity and will have future potential. 

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Intern
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range:$25/hr

What’s the Job?
 

• Working with manufacturing engineers to support technical processes and production systems.
• Creation of detailed process instructions for complex manufacturing processes.
• Analyzing cost data associated with shop supplies and tooling.
• Learn to support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Tool design and creation using 3D printing and laser cutting.

• Ability to work independently.
• Above average proficiency and experience with PC based software. MS office and more.
• Strong data and analytical skills. 
• Must be pursuing a bachelors degree in EHS or engineering.
