Job Skills/Requirements

Are you a devoted duster; a super sweeper; a visionary vacuumer? Then we want you! Scioto Services has an immediate opening for cleaning fanatics! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. You’ll be responsible for making our clients happy while keeping them healthy. Start feeling like you’re making an impact by keeping your community clean, safe, and healthy!

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

1. Driving to multiple locations on a nightly basis
2. Taking out the trash
3. Sanitizing
4. Sweeping
5. Vacuuming
6. Mopping
7. Dusting

Physical Demands:

1. Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
2. Stand and walk throughout shift
3. Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.

Shift:  Part time second shift typically after 5:30pm.  You will be traveling to several locations each evening.

Requirements:

1. You must be 18 years old.
2. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.  You will also need to provide your own vehicle.
3. A drug screen, continuous motor vehicle monitoring, and criminal background check are required.
4. Must be able to be counted and relied upon.
5. Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment.
6. Possess the ability to work well independently.
