Janitorial Supervisor | Multiple Locations | Cleveland, OH

This position will be supervising multiple locations on the east side of Cleveland.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you will:

• Travel to multiple customer sites during each shift
• Maintain general cleanliness of home locations
• Communicate and enforce company policies
• Assist with training of new and existing staff, retrain as needed
• Ability to maintain regular communication with team and manage employee's 90% of time over the phone and hold them accountable
• Complete and file paperwork
• Monthly audit of locations which includes supply delivery
• Promote a safe working environment
• Oversee general maintenance of equipment
• Take ownership of assigned region
• Performs other duties as assigned

Hourly Rate:  $18.00

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6pm- 2:30am Saturday 2:30 pm- 10:30 p.m. or any time on Sunday

Position may require overtime as needed.

Physical Demands:

Stand, bend, and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs.

Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to bending or squatting

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. You must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
