Job Duties: We are looking for employees that either want to grow and learn or build off what they know already.

This would include, but not limited to:

• General Cleaning
• Washing Windows
• Floor work
• Carpet cleaning
• Work orders – billable and non-billable
• Power washing
• Painting
• Post construction clean up
• Assisting with route work
• Assisting with larger managed accounts

This is just a list of some of the tasks that the Project Team completes depending on the needs of the business.

Hourly Rate:  $15.00

Schedule:  Hours will vary at times depending on the project, including daytime, evenings, and weekend.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
• Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor and cleaning machines, preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
• A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driving records check are required.
