Senior Maintenance Technician for Clinton production facility.
We're currently searching for a Senior Maintenance Technician to bolster our operations at the Clinton production facility. Collaborating closely with maintenance leadership and our engineering team, the successful candidates will play a pivotal role in repairing, building, and adapting existing production equipment and processes to align with evolving customer requirements. This is a direct-hire second-shift opportunity.Â

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 pm - 12 am.

Responsibilities:
-Set up, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control circuits, VFDs, and instrumentation on equipment, utilizing comprehensive documentation, schematics, and appropriate test equipment.
-Proficient in troubleshooting pneumatics and fluid power systems.
-Capable of repairing and installing belt drives, gearboxes, and electro-mechanical/pneumatic clutch assemblies.
-May involve fabricating parts and operating machining equipment such as lathes and grinders.
-Comprehensive understanding of single-phase and three-phase electricity up to 480VAC.
-Familiarity with NEC regulations and commonly employed concepts, practices, and procedures within the electrical field.
-Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment.
-Provide assistance and training to others in electric/electronic domains.

Experience and Education:
-Minimum of 2 years of industrial electrical and mechanical experience.
-Completion of relevant training courses specializing in electrical for Level 4 Technicians.
-High school diploma.

Additional Requirements for Level 4 Technician:
-Ability to meet all criteria to become an "Electrically Authorized" employee in accordance with NFPA 70E and company Electrical Safety Program.
-Proficiency in laying out and installing proper conduit and wires, including interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams for electrical circuits, controls, and panels.
