Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying state of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. May take charge as operational need allows.
A minimum of three-hundred (300) hours per calendar year. The total hours must include a minimum of one (1) eight-hour holiday shift per calendar year. Orientation is a requirement - preferred a full-time completion.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: Day shift differential $3.50 (weekends). Evening shift differential $3.00 (weekdays) & $6.50 (weekends). Night shift differential $10.00 (weekends).
