Under general supervision of Director/Manager, is responsible for concurrent and retrospective data collection/entry and analysis to support staff peer review activities, in addition to patient care tasks as needed to promote support of quality compliance efforts. Also responsible for ongoing communication with appropriate critical care staff to augment and clarify data collected through chart review.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
X Associate Degree or at least 5 years of nursing experience within healthcare X required
X Bachelor’s degree X Preferred
X Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as registered nurse with a license to practice professional nursing in Georgia X Preferred
X Critical Care specialty certification X Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses:
If licensed or registered, maintains current licensure or registration
Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of relevant progressive work experience in clinical healthcare preferred, including a minimum of two (2) years direct experience in Critical Care Services.
Minimum Salary: $33.0
Maximum Salary: $45.0
