Principal Accountabilities
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Directing radio calls and communicating with other departments
- Represent operations team on any process team, safety team, FSQR teams
- Understand and comply with site Safety, Food Safety, and GMPs
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Conduct orientation and other training for new stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Have state issued operator driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft office. (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous front-line leadership
- Experience using a powered industrial truck (PIT)
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
- Production experience
- Meat production experience
- Further processing experience
