Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community
  • Answers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routes calls and takes messages, as appropriate.
  • Receives and processes mail for community staff
  • Accept all outgoing mail/packages
  • Maintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbers
  • Completes new admission sign ins
  • Assists in sales process by performing tasks in support of special events and tours
  • Performs other general administration duties as necessary
  • Schedules the lease signing with the resident/responsible party
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining a thorough working proficiency in YARDI
  • Responsibilities include assisting the sales team in managing the community’s sales & marketing database, coordinating and obtaining all required move-in paperwork and preparing the resident’s community file. The Move-In Coordinator will conduct the resident’s orientation to the community and ensure each residents move to their new home at Maplewood Senior Living is smooth, successful, and meaningful.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification

  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities
  • Should enjoy working with the senior population
  • Personal initiative and sound judgment are also required
  • Must have word processing and clerical skills
