The Dental Assistant Apprentice position is designed by industry experts who have identified the most critical skills necessary to succeed as a dental assistant. Ideal Dental combines online coursework and in-person clinical sessions, providing critical repetitions in a fun and flexible environment with PAID ON THE JOB TRAINING! We schedule the program in a way that allows you to easily transition from your current job or schooling into a new career path. The PAID training combination of in-person & clinical training, led by the highly skilled and experienced dental instructor within an actual dental office, ensures you graduate as a confident and effective dental assistant and are certified as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Responsibilities:- Welcome customers to the dental office
- Prepare guests for treatments or checkups.
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed.
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
