SUMMARY

Manages the Pharmacy Data for all departments to help facilitate insightful decision making. Create and introduce new metrics and methods of data analysis to assist leadership in accomplishing their goals for CSI Pharmacy. Implement software and produce projects to simplify and ease the pharmacy processes for team members. At the direction of the CPO produce and distribute reporting for department needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in Pharmacy project management tracking, timelines and updates.
  • Independently manages projects as assigned.
  • Manages Pharmacy software processes as directed
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
  • Manages and analyzes pharmacy data for the leadership team and department leads.
  • Produces metrics and reports as directed by the CPO.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
