Job Description:

Sign-on bonus up to $3000 (pro-rated for part time)

Our outpatient treatment program is for individuals with opiate use disorders that combine pharmacological interventions and individual, group and family counseling services. Our program offers progressive viewpoints in regards to treatment and uses a client centered approach with each individual served. We work to create an environment that is non-judgmental and where clients can feel supported and respected. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to Clinicians and interns and is responsible for ensuring the use of evidence based practices. The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate, and motivated to help clients meet their goals and improve their lives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and interns 

  • Maintain current knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders 

  • Carrie a small caseload including interviewing clients, completing intake paperwork, and formulating comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans 

  • Chair the weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meeting.  Discuss and develop strategies to maximize client’s continuation and compliance in treatment  

  • Collaborate with the program’s Leadership Team to review the clinical program design and implements recommendations for improved client treatment 

  • Regularly review the group treatment curriculum and develops new groups in response to the needs of the client population 

  • Reviews data provided by the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services and modifies clinical programming based on information included in the reports 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field (licensure preferred) 

  • Two years of substance use disorder counseling experience 

  • One year full time, clinical experience in a supervisory role required
