DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive maintenance through thorough inspections of all wooden structures, including, but not limited to, buildings, interior finishing work, and roofing.
- Assemble framework and utilize tools for repairs.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, framing, flooring and trim.
- Safe removal of damaged or defective materials.
- Occasional painting or finishing of repaired and installed woodwork.
- To operate within the policies and procedures of Six Flags Darien Lake.
- To keep all work areas clean, safe and in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED or Student 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read and write the English language.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Valid New York State Driver's License and/or successful completion of Darien Lake Vehicle Training program.
