Special Services at Marsden Central
Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-1:30am (40 hours Total)
Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: 2801 Bell Ave, Des Moines IA
Special Services is Marsden's special project team that manages the carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and other specialty cleaning jobs that are requested by our customers. This team uses company vehicles to get to and from job sites, so a valid driver's license is required.
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. (Optional if applicable)
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties: As you might expect, cleaning and specialty floor care maintenance are at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Floor buffing
- Carpet extracting
- Stripping and waxing VCT Tile Flooring
- Wall washing
- Polishing Terazzo flooring
- Equipment maintenance
- Other duties and tasks related to project cleaning
- **No experience necessary, we will train you**
