This hybrid position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Springs, TX. 

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000


Talent Training and Development Administrator


Assist in the creation and implementation of various types of learning content using the best medium available, including the Bridge LMS (learning management system). Work closely with operators in the field to develop training courses and continue to support the continued development of our teams.

It is absolutely essential that this candidate be self-sufficient and able to complete tasks with simple directives through research and self-education.


Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary administrator for HHS’ learning management system
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, organization leaders, and members of the Talent Training & Development team to develop and deliver training
  • Create and assign training programs each month
  • Ensure team member orientation and ongoing training needs are met
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support as needed
  • Work with Bridge and other vendors as applicable
  • Develop courses for monthly training and the learning library
  • Develop monthly in-service lesson plans and other in-service training materials
  • Participate in the creation of communications for the Talent Training & Development team, including crafting emails, preparing and reviewing written materials, and editing content
  • Participate in the creation of orientation training for new managers
  • Provide support for other Talent Training & Development projects as needed


Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional working experience
  • Documented experience as an LMS administrator 
  • Strong work ethic
  • Creative-minded with a good eye for design 
  • Enthusiasm for learning 
  • First-rated writing, editing, and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work on a dynamic team
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to manage-up leaders within the company to complete a project
