e-Learning Developer

Salary: $25.00 per hour

E-Learning Developer (Temp Position)

We are seeking an E-Learning Developer to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis (up to 25 - 35 hours/week). Work with the Talent Training & Development team to rebuild existing operational e-learning content in Articulate 360. Create engaging and interactive operational training courses for frontline hourly team members, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Articulate 360 to redesign and rebuild existing e-learning course content.
• Review content to ensure it is well-written, clear, and easily understandable.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
• Develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules that align with instructional design principles and brand guidelines.
• Ensure compatibility and responsiveness of e-learning courses across various devices and platforms.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to e-learning content development.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in course content.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Articulate 360
• Portfolio showcasing previous e-learning development projects
• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Familiarity with multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video integration
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently in a part-time, temporary role
