Salary: $60,000
Instructional Designer
Work alongside executive leadership to develop and deliver training programs that support the promotion and development of leaders within the organization. Build development plans and training experiences that enable leaders to advance their careers with HHS.
- Oversee the day-to-day aspects of HHS’ manager skills assessment program (MSAP) and manager development programs
- Build and execute development plans for managers and executive leaders
- Create, promote, and deliver learning, development, and mentorship activities
- Work closely with executive leadership to identify managers for development and deliver learning experiences that support individual and company growth
- Track and manage individual participation in the program; provide support for participants as needed
- Collaborate and department leaders and subject matter experts to identify gaps in current training and develop training solutions that align with HHS’ companywide strategies and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are engaging, relevant, and effective
- Identify training tools, platforms, and resources to improve program productivity and effectiveness
- Provide support for additional learning and development initiatives as needed

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional working experience
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Enthusiasm for talent training and development

- Bilingual in Spanish
