Charge Nurse LVN - Full-time

Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2024 by U.S. News & World Report is seeking a Full-time, 7am - 3pm Charge Nurse LVN/LPN for its Skilled Nursing team. 

Status: Full-time   3 pm - 11 pm

Salary: $32.00 - $39.00/hour (DOE)   

Schedule: 4 / 2 Schedule (4 days on 2 days off)

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.”  You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior LVN nursing experience within skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care environments preferred, but not required
