Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Professional) to join their growing team! In this role, you'll be a key part of the Engineering Services department, supporting the smooth operation of the production facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dublin, VA
Pay Range: $ 43−48 per hour
ÂWhat You'll Do:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, reviewing engineering specifications
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance efficiency and cost
- Assist with subcontractor issues
- Develop and maintain standards for equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance
- Research and recommend new equipment and systems

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- A proactive approach to maintaining and improving equipment performance
