Actalent Scientific is hiring for a 3rd Shift Quality Technician, with quality experience in a manufacturing environment, in Easton PA!
Description:
The QA Technician will monitor process controls (CCP's, Allergen Control, Labeling, Packaging, Product Specs) and ensure all food safety and quality programs. They will perform product sampling and perform microbiological or chemical testing (APC, Yeast & Mold, Water Activity, Moisture). They must follow GMP's and SOP's, and participate in quality audits.
