We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join a great team as a Packet Coordinator. This role, while initially focused on packet building, has the potential to evolve into a traditional production planning position over time. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems, particularly INFOR, and possess a background in inventory management, administration, planning, logistics, or similar fields.
Production Planer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with various departments to build and assemble packets according to established guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of packet contents, ensuring completeness and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including tracking, replenishing, and organizing materials.
- Support production planning efforts by gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize MRP/ERP systems to input and retrieve relevant information accurately and efficiently.
Production Planer Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, with a strong understanding of INFOR or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
