Description:
- Unload and unpack shipments of products
- Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
- Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
- Match shipments to the associated purchase order and enter receiving data into scanner
- Record receiving data in database
- Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
- Assist with facilitating the return of damaged products to vendors
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
- Operate various pieces of equipment (pallet jack, turret truck, FL)
- Cross train on shipping specialist duties to provide backup support if necessary
- Assist with all other parts center duties if needed
