SUMMARY:
This senior level management position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food & Beverage, Retail, and Warehouse departments and Revenue Partners while providing the strategic and operational direction necessary to achieve all business plan goals established for the IPS Division.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops department specific business plans and ensures their coordination into the Park and Companywide goals.
- Manage the operations of all in-park revenue locations including Food & Beverage and Retail as well as overseeing the operation of the Warehouse department.
- Oversees management and relationships with Revenue Partners
- Budgeting and maintenance of department operating expenses, labor, revenue and cost of sales to include accurate monthly financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement new and creative food and retail concepts
- Maintain guest satisfaction levels as relates to park cleanliness, staff guest service, and efficient operation of each revenue location.
- Participate in long range planning for continued net profit growth of the revenue departments.
- Interface with Six Flags Corporate to ensure company goals are met.
- Will function as Duty Manager as assigned.
- Assists with all other duties as assigned by the Park President/General Manager.

Organizational Relationships:
- Reports directly to the Park President/General Manager
- Directly supervises the Food & Beverage, Retail, Games and Purchasing Department Management teams.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Should have at least five years of progressive experience in theme park management with a strong background in revenue related disciplines.
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Should have demonstrated leadership in driving change relative to the guest and team member experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, math and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Candidate should be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
- Working knowledge of Missouri Department of Health regulations.
