We are growing! The Senior Intake Customer Care Specialist is a valued member of the Executive Office of Customer Care (EOCC) team. Must use sound judgement to classify and route customer concerns consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner that benefits OneMain and our customers.
In the Role
- Promptly and accurately enter customer concerns in the complaint management system.
- Accurately categorize customer concerns in the complaint management system.
- Promptly and accurately route customer concerns, using the complaint management system, to the appropriate Customer Care Resolution Group.
- May help identify trends in customer complaints to assist with root cause analysis.
- Process Validation of Debt requests
- Respond to Attorney Requests for Documents with approved templates.
- Entering and processing ad hoc consumer requests as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Requires strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal and results driven.
- Strong time management skills.
- 1-2 experience in thriving in a production goal-oriented environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a data entry environment.
- Strong computer knowledge and can work in multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to approach a problem analytically.
