Great Pharmacy Technician Opportunity in STL!
Job Description:
Hiring Pharm Techs for a privately owned and independently operated, Long Term Care Pharmacy, dedicated to meeting the growing need for personalized pharmaceutical care in Skilled and Assisted Living facilities.
The Order-Entry Technician performs day-to-day duties under the supervision of the Data Entry Coordinator in accordance with established pharmacy principles, polices, and procedures and/or law.
• Entering of patient information & prescription orders
• Customer Service (answering phones, contacting physician offices and insurance companies)
• Printing monthly sheets and/or reports
• Prescription Fulfillment
• Resolving daily insurance claim rejections
• Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Customer service over the phone
Computers and data entry
Familiar with SIG Codes and drug names
Pharmacy Technician license preferred
