What you’ll be doing:

  • Proficiently manage a pipeline of opportunities – and convert them into sales.
  • Attain Key Performance Indicators, including win rate, customer engagement, SLAs, and adhere to process guidelines
  • Effectively use task management to drive activities including, follow-up calls, quote & proof approvals, and other key tasks
  • Proficiently communicate with both internal partners and Staples’ customers 
  • Identify job specifications for quotes, secure orders, proof approval, and maintain accurate detailed records 
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating effective time-management skills.
  • Use Print Product and industry knowledge to provide product and solution recommendations based on needs
  • Use tools to drive efficiencies: Salesforce, screen sharing services, digital quoting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

  • Advanced time management skills and action-oriented
  • Be able to innovate and problem solve – provide solutions to customer’s needs/problems
  • Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, functioning in a fast-paced environment under regular time pressures.

 

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years Print and/or Promotional Product industry experience.

 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous business-to-business or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
