Are you skilled in the art of maintaining and enhancing living spaces? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to bring their expertise to our warm and welcoming senior living community. Under gentle guidance and support, you'll be responsible for the specialized care, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring our residents' comfort is always prioritized. Additionally, you'll lend your talents to plumbing, electrical, and remodeling projects, helping to create a safe and inviting environment for our cherished residents.

Shift:

Monday- Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM

On-call rotation: Every four weeks, will be off Friday and Monday, work Saturday and Sunday

Pay: $20-25

Work Duties

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance. Identify deficiencies and follow procedure for correcting problems;
• Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition, and notifies supervisors to ensure adequate replacements are available as needed;
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs;
• Install, finish, repair, paint, remove and dispose of drywall or other material;
• Operate maintenance equipment not limited to hand or power tools, company vehicles, or snow blowers;
• Performs electrical work such as repairing and replacing switches, receptacles, lights, and motors;
• Performs minor plumbing repairs and installations;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

Education –

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience/Training –

• One to two years of experience in a related field of building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations –

• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program,
