Hourly Pay: $12.00

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Van Driver is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.  

Work Performed:

The Bellman, Van Driver will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.;  
Assist guests with luggage;
Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; 
Respond to guest inquiries and requests;
Resolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate) ; 
Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Required Prior Experience:

Provides excellent customer service experience

Preferred Prior Experience:

Hospitality industry experience

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/ Certification:

Valid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.

Physical:

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally

Able to lift 10lbs regularly

Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of scheduled shift

Other:

Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Trabajo realizado: El Bellman, Van Driver tendrá las siguientes tareas, responsabilidades y asignaciones:

Conducir vehículos designados por la propiedad hacia y desde los destinos de los huéspedes, incluidos, entre otros, restaurantes, teatros, eventos deportivos, centros de convenciones, etc.;  

Ayudar a los huéspedes con el equipaje;

Saludar a los huéspedes que llegan y salen de manera oportuna, amigable y efficient; 

Responder a las consultas y solicitudes de los huéspedes;

Resolver las inquietudes de los huéspedes (intensificarlas según corresponds); 

Garantizar una desinfección/higienización/limpieza adecuada de los transbordadores, la entrada principal y el vestíbulo;

Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa, incluida la notificación de accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras a la dirección;

Cualquier otro trabajo necesario para completar el propósito principal del puesto.

Experiencia en industria hotelera

Educación preferida: Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente Licencias/Certificación requeridas: Licencia de conducir estatal válida y cumplimiento de todas las pautas de la compañía con respecto a infracciones de tránsito.
